Description: This is a great old book by George B. Mcclellan, one of the Union leaders during the Civil war. This is his story and the accounts of the War and his relationship with Lincoln. Printed 1886 This book is in rough condition on the cover. The outside is worn, and partly missing, on the binding edge. The back cover has come loose.There are some ink inscriptions in the front, names I cannot make out. There is a name on the inside, just above the title, WT Kline, and a date December 18, 1986. I do not see anything of this person, but I am not familiar with this time period. The book appears to be signed by general Mcclellan. Please look at the picture. I cannot verify the signature, but it does look like the others that are posted on the internet.
