Description: The Geo. (George?) Washington Tax Building of San Bernardino, California, Presents "Selected International Recipes" To Our Wonderful Friends This is a rare and historic little cookbook from San Bernardino, California's past. It is a privately published book by the Geo. Washington Tax Building company which prepared taxes. According to the back cover the building was dedicated in 1945. In addition to the many recipes there are also numerous photos of the building, the Washington family, their home and yacht. The decor in the photos clearly place the time to around the mid-century 1950's, although I can't find a date other than the dedication date of the building itself. It is a paper-covered 5 1/2"x 8 1/2" book with 32 pages. Very good condition, some wear, slight bend.
