Many are new with the mask itself having never been unwrapped, and more times than not the box has never been opened. PLEASE NOTE- Please be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Occasionally it can be difficult for some users to find the location of the on/off touch button that is located in the middle of the forehead. Try pushing with multiple fingers, your whole palm, at different locations with different amounts of pressure, etc. Once you've found that sweet spot it becomes much easier to operate thereafter! NOTE: The instruction manual style has changed from the colorful large single folded page style shown in the photos, to a black and white version that is a bit smaller and has flippable pages more like a booklet. You will more than likely receive the newer updated version, the black and white one.
