The catalog is in used condition with some tearing at the exterior bottom corner (shown) and a minor degree of soiling on the referencing tabs due to use. There are small discolored spots within the interior sparsely (generally round as if something dripped here and there... maybe coffee?). Otherwise the pages are complete, intact and generally clean.
