He swings his hips and arms as he turns his head and moves his mouth while he utters phrases and sings a "Charlie Brown” parody named "Santa Claus." Good pre-owned condition, works as expected. Comes with original box, which has tape on it. Does not come with an adapter, and requires 4 AA batteries which are not included. Please see photos and video.
