Made in the USA, 12 Volt with electronic sensor. This brake pump fits a 1999-2004 vehicle. There are no leaks, cracks, splits or blemishes. We disassembled the pump attachment to make more affordable shipping for you-easy to reattach.We have tested the pump and it is working as it was manufactured to do. Made in the USA. I have only cleaned this pump and have not done any cosmetic enhancements. You will have to add brake fluid when it arrives.
