This blade offers good versatility whether using it for peeling an apple, cutting rope or whittling a stick. The blade has a cutting edge of 2.625" and has a nail nick for opening. The blade finish is satin. There is no half stop.The Handle Construction:The handle length allows for a solid four finger hold for most people. The handle scales are Red Linen Micarta and the attaching pins and liners are brass. The bolsters, inlay shield and end caps are nickel silver giving the knife a classy look. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife pleasant to hold.
