This AZO is earlier and dates to about 1915-1918 ish. Note arid background but no Cactus in view. We thought it looked like the Columbia River basin. Others thought California was a better possibility. Since postcard date is 1910s funding may have come from Private sector rather than Government. Regardless it must be tied to a larger scale community; AZ. UTah, CA, WA etc. If we find out location we will update post. CONDITION: UnMailed. Antique.
