Description: Thanks for looking! Great condition, has a chip off of one side but intact and solid. No other unexpected cracks or chips that I have noticed. Fits widely in the palm of my hand (my hand is pretty small, but this is a fairly healthy specimen). Fine gastropod example from around Austin, TX. I do not know the exact era, but according to the scholarly examples out there, Texas of now had been an underwater sea area, billions of years ago. Measures approximately 3" x 3" x 2".
