This is a used device so it has many scratches including some scratches on the screen which can be seen when the unit is OFF but not very visible when it is ON. Some of these scratches are visible in some photos below. This is one of Garmin's best GPS unites with features such as Voice Command where you don't even have to take your hands off the steering wheel and control the unit with your voice. The way it works is simply by saying " Voice Command" then the unit will ask you " Say a Command" then you can see the list of commands on the screen and say it out loud and follow the prompts. You can also see photos below in some of them I photographed the Voice Command menu where you can see what types of functionalities can be controlled by voice. If you are traveling outside the US this is the best way to navigate free of any subscription fees or data charges. This device communicates with Satellites directly and it has nothing to do with Cell phone towers, so there will be no surprise data charges from your cell phone company when you return home. Never use your smart phone for navigation in other countries your total data charges will be outrageously high probably more than the value of your phone. This GPS unit qualifies for free Lifetime Map Updates for North America, but the Foreign Maps do not qualify for free updates. The unit comes with original Garmin mount and windshield suction cup, but the cigarette lighter cord is not the original Garmin.
