Garlic chives are delicious hearty herbs and are used fresh, cooked or grilled. Similar in taste and use to regular chives but with a slight garlic flavor. Unlike regular chives, Garlic Chives have a flat stalk/leaf. Use both stalk and leaves of this mild garlicky-flavored vegetable as you would onions, chives, or green onions. Direct sow or start indoors.
