Jim Davis and on the back, Empire Pencil Corp, Made in Hong Kong brand markings. Ruler still has the original paper price tag label from Kmart on the back and the paper UPC label. There is some light paint wear on the numbers on the ruler and on the back just above the brand markings.Dated 1978,1981, United Feature Syndicate, Inc. on the ink stamp with Garfield name across the front & back and the stamp is a paw print. Made of hard plastic with the rubber part for the stamp. Original ink has dried and will need new ink or use a basic ink pad you may have to use the paw stamp. Light paint wear on the graphics of this item.The figure with Garfield lying down has no markings and is an eraser. Overall good condition on this item.Dated 1978,1981, United Feature Syndicate, Inc. on the Garfield Pencil topper figure and Dated 1978,1983, United Feature Syndicate, Inc. on the Odie & and Prod of Hong Kong. Made of a squeezable vinyl material with the opening for using as a pencil topper as shown as a reference in the photos. Pencils are not included in the purchase. There is some light paint wear on items, more noticeable on the back of Garfield.
