This was my friend's book who doesn't use it as she lives in a condo and no need or room for a garden. The quality is great. There is only a light wrinkle on the first 2 pages toward the bottom and a price and initial penciled in on the first page. On the back cover there are 3 small brown spots. Front cover has a couple of very fine light scratches that you don't really see as the cover has a shine to it, but under a bright light, you can see the couple that are there.
