I tried to price out the parts (last page, right columns) and came up with about $1,000. Unfortunately I didn't buy them out of the complicated scenario it presented if not every piece was available from the online restaurant parts suppliers. I didn't dare try from Gaggenau itself as their part numbers even confused them. So this cooktop is for the sophisticated appliance reseller/dealer that knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to Gaggeanu missing parts, or to a person who already has this unit and wants to combine mine to freshen up their kitchen. It is listed as parts or broken so buyer knows they need the missing parts before it can be used. I will pay Fedex Pack and ship $65 to custom make the box as there are no boxes premade that will fit this.
