Description: Up for sale is a Gabriel Bodenehr Engraving - Fort De Fuentes in de Herzogthum Mayland. Circa 1700 Gabriel Bodenehr the Elder (1664-1758 or 1673-1765) was a German map maker and member of a famous engraver and publisher family of Augsburg. His main work was "Atlas Curieux" first published 1704. He was the son of Johann Georg Bodenehr (1631-1703). It is not matted or framed. It is approximately 12" x 7 1/2", including the border area. It is in Good+ Condition. Some browning, spotting and stains. Nicks/Chips along the edges. Other dings here and there. Please email with questions and see my store for other great items.
