Description: Fury Diamond 550 large spinning Reel —these were made in the late sixties , early seventies and were the work horse Reels of there time -any south Florida Pier would have many being fished . They have a unmistakeable clicking sound when wound that only these Reels produce —In picture #2 is 3 different names of Essentially the same Reel —two have the green sparkle paint —the Spinmaster Pro series V and the Spinmaster Diamond V same color same machined gearing inside -every part interchangeable on the Reel -The fury diamond 550 is also the same machined gearing every part will interchange with the other two Reels and the only difference is that it was always in a black color —I show a parts schematic with a Reel breakdown and parts # ‘s —So if you ever need parts you can source from three different Reels The Spinmaster were in Roman numerals and the Fury were in numbers 150-250-350-450-550 This Reel works really well it has been professionally cleaned internally and externally —looks as new from inside and the main gear -crosswind block have been sprayed with an added layer of Corrision block that forms a barrier on the metal —This Reel will perform at a high level for years with minimal care —A great Reel to use for Surf Fishing or Pier fishing . Has stainless steel full bail and line roller folding handle and bail Precision and diamond special cut spiral gears . Hold 310 yards of 12 lb mono and 280 yards of 15 lb mono. Only flaws are paint scratches on the main body -rotor and spool . Does not affect performance of the Reel.
