It is basically new without tags. It has never been worn or washed. It is missing the size tag, but the Maggie Breen tag is intact. It ran on the roomier side, I could purchase this dress in a 7 when she was wearing mostly 8's. WE ARE A SMOKE AND PET FREE HOME.
