When I got it there was a bunch of dust underneath the screen, I removed the digitizer, cleaned the dust, and re-seated the cables and it still does not respond. It is safe to assume it is broken. There is also a small gash on the enter key. Comes with Windows XP I assume it is a factory installation with drivers, though I haven't been able to figure out how to make the wireless internet work. The hole OS is in Japanese so it may be hidden in some program. But it's also possible that the drivers are missing and/or the network card is not present as I haven't opened Other than that the condition of the item is pretty good.
