The cover, front and back, looks Like New. The binding looks Like New. Most of the pages in this 190 page look Like New. However, there are a small number of pages that have highlighting in them. I've carefully gone through the book. There are EXACTLY 15 pages with highlighting, all between pages 21 - 36 in chapter 2. I've shown a few pictures. 3 pages have had the upper corners turned over as place-markers. I've turned them back. That's about it. Remove the highlighting in a few pages and place- markers and it is a Like New book. It looks like the online thrift and bookstores have a few copies for sale too, with their one stock photo and even vaguer book condition description. It's your money and this is an expensive book- you should be allowed to see what you are buying. If you don't want this copy, insist the seller show you exactly what you are looking at (unless it's listed as New). Save a few dollars and buy Used. You'll have enough debt by the time you are done.
