Description: Fabulous wall hanging made out of a 3D plaster material that is then handpainted and framed. The frame does show some wear. Sculpture work and painting is excellent. It is very hard to show the 3D relief work but it is not flat. These were made in the 1990s. See photos for condition and measurements.
