Description: Blade is 38 inches long and 1 1/8 inch wide at the ricasso. Marked Royal Manufacture in Klingenthal May 1823. Few nicks to the blade. Underside guard is marked with the Paris retailer Manceaux. There is also some unit markings 3 C. 75. Scabbard is marked Manceaux a Paris and 75 on the drag. Beautiful officers sword.
