Description: French Antique Chinoisere Handpainted Faience Wall Plaque by E.Georges Nevers c.1920s +. This plate is from the oldest Faiencerie in France the “Bout de Monde” in Nevers, France. Francois-Henri Signoret was the Master Faiencer who first used the Green Bows as the Makers Mark in 1875+. It measures 9.5” in diameter and in superb display condition with great use of cobalt and other colors surrounding the Asian man on the Vase. Note photos 10,11 & 12 are a matching piece found as a set in Nancy, France.
