Description: French Antique Commemorative Collector Plate by SARREGUEMINES Signed, with ALEXANDRA FEDOROVNA, last Russian Imperatrice Item description: Commemorative plate featuring last Russian Tsarina ALEXANDRA FEODOROVNA, wife of last Russian Tsar Nicolas II. Plate was created in the end of 19th century to celebrate the Franco-Russian Alliance and the visit of the 2 Russia's sovereigns to France in 1896. Plate was created in earthenware wall hanging style by famous SARREGUEMINES workshop in Dijoin. It is signed on the back. Dimensions:Diameter plate: 8.46" (21.5cm), weight is 337 grams / 12 ozCondition: Very good antique condition. No chips, cracks or repairs, only normal age wear to glazing, mostly on the sides. One hair thin crazing of glaze on the back of the plate in the middle. Please see the photos for details.
