Includes the original plain white insert. The vinyl is clean but contains light scratches on both sides, it remains in very good plus condition. The cover has moderate ring wear on both sides, with some rough edges that remain intact. The cover remains in very good condition. This is a nice find and uniquely autographed vinyl from a deceased American folk musical artist.
