Description: Ivy was introduced in 1948 and discontinued in 1983. Ivy was one of the original Gladding McBean & Co patterns that did not get elected to go on to be manufactured when Wedgewood moved manufacturing to England. This is the Rimmed Soup Bowl. It measures 8 1/2 inches. Also known as the Flat Soup Bowl or the Pasta Bowl. I have the following backstamps available: 1 - "Half Moon" 1949-1953 There are no chips, cracks repairs or crazing on this bowl. With all my pieces when I bring them home, I hand wash them. I do this because I don’t believe you can truly say there is “no crazing” without getting them wet. Crazing can hide. So, when I say there are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs, I have done my due diligence to discover any defects.
