Description: This is a beautiful BATTER BOWL in the sumptuous FRANCISCAN or FRANCISCAN WARE “Apple” pattern. It was manufactured in California, and the maker's mark or stamp on the bottom was used by the Franciscan potteries between 1940 and 1947. This fantastic Pancake Batter Mixing Bowl is in EXCELLENT UNDAMAGED CONDITION, with no chips or cracks! It measures approximately 11" long and 4" tall. The glossy red and green colors are brilliantly bright. A fantastic survivor from the mid century Modern period of 80 years ago!
