Description: This delightful embossed or die pressed and painted image features two adorable puppies posed before a brick wall with tinted or painted highlights on the dogs and on the foliage in the background. It was produced as an advertising piece for the Square Deal Grocery in Orchards, Washington (Owned by Bob and Charlotte Du Puis). The piece has a 1953 calendar stapled to the back but I'm wondering if the piece might be earlier given that the advertised phone number has only 3 digits (maybe as early as the 1930's).
