The fort was originally designed by chief engineer Joseph Gilbert Totten and located on Pea Patch Island in the Delaware River. This antique booklet is in excellent overall condition. It is clean and tight throughout. The interior pages are clean and in excellent condition. The booklet has no writing, smudging, foxing, stamps, pasteboard or other markings.
