It is a deep jewel blue. The fabric for the upper bust and skirt is polyester resembling satin. Pleated chiffon fabric graces the front and back bodice (under the bustline to just at the waist) and a long chiffon scarf originates at the waist and flows down the left skirt to the hem. The scarf can easily be trimmed off if desired. This dress drapes beautifully and is lightweight and comfortable.
