Light Weight Design Designed to protect the radiator from side and front impact and core puncture. Easy installation, Quick mounting. Here is a simple installation guide:1.Remove the seat by first removing the two rear bolts lifting the seat off and then removing the fuel filler cover.2.Remove the plastic radiator guards/louvers.3.Remove the front mounting bolt from each radiator.4.Bolt the radiator guards using the radiator-to-frame bolt on each side.Fully tighten the radiator then undo one full rotation.5.Bolt the braces to the radiator guards using two M6 x 12mm supplied bolts Loosely fit all the bolts to assemble before tightening.6.Bolt the machined bracket to the brace on either side through the bike frame using the M6 x 16mm bolts supplied.7.Ensure the upper and lower bolt holes on the braces line up with the holes in the radiators.8.Loosely fit the top two bolts.Then loosely fit the two shroud bolts that fit into the radiator guard and lastly the bolt for the rear of the shroud these bolts.Tighten all bolts, including the seat.9.Lastly remember to tighten the radiator mounting bolt with a spanner.
