Description: This highly-detailed, hand painted bottle opener was manufactured in the USA by the Scott Products Company of Newark, NJ. It was hand-wrought and cast from zinc, then individually hand painted in enamel, and baked. This process gives it that amazing “porcelain-like” appearance. It is well-marked on the underside, and stands 3.5″ tall x 4″ long x 2″ wide. It is in excellent condition, waiting to grace your kitchen or bar. It would make a wonderful hostess gift, or a house-warming surprise for a dog-loving friend. The Scott Products Company made many different such canine bottle openers in a variety of breeds. They make an extraordinary collection with all the wonderful details and colors involved in the production of each one. Most items in my shop are vintage and are not brand new and come from estate sales. The items may show minor age-related wear and/or minor flaws consistent with the date of manufacture (please be sure to check photos carefully as they are part of the description).
