It was manufactured in 1999 only, as part of Fenton’s Christmas collectibles for that year. 22K Gold enamel is used in the decoration. Signed by the artist. Measures about 6.5 inches tall. Mint factory condition -- no chips, cracks or repairs. Fenton's ware number is 1127 JX. My inventory number is B55T. The last picture is from Fenton's 1998 catalog, showing this item.
