His signature model, the "Cory Wong Stratocaster," is inspired by Cory's favorite Fender guitar and has been improved to meet the needs of funk guitar masters. Available in limited quantities in each color, this model is sure to make you stand out from the crowd. The satin lacquer finish recreates the look and feel of the original Strats that Collie loved, with an alder body that is slightly more compact than a typical Stratocaster and the Modern "D" used on the American Ultra. The combination of the neck and deeply sculpted body contour provides elegant and comfortable playability. Furthermore, the pickup uses a Seymour Duncan Cory Wong Clean Machine to reproduce the crisp sound characteristic of Cory's play. Other features include a maple neck with a slightly modified headstock shape, a 10-14 inch compound radius rosewood fingerboard with rolled edges, and a vintage-style 6-screw synchronized tremolo for improved tuning stability. Features include a deluxe locking tuner for easy string changes, a Tone 2 push/push pot that bypasses the 5-way switch and defaults to "position 4".
