Description: This is a nice, original February 24, 1894 issue of Forest & Stream; Rod and Gun. Forest and Stream was a magazine featuring hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities in the United States. The journal was founded in August 1873 by Charles Hallock. At the time of its 1930 cancellation it was the ninth oldest magazine still being issued in the US. Contains front page ads for the Union Metallic Cartridge Co. of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Measures 11.5" x 16" and contains 32 pages. There is some mild surface discoloration with some minimal foxing, horizontal creases throughout- perhaps from original mailing- with tiny tears at edges. Minimal tiny material loss at bottom-left corner throughout. Sold as is. Please study photos and Email with any question. A great addition to any collection!
