According to the competition announced by PostEurop for the best postage stamp design, the Luxembourg Post won. The drawing depicting the new peace sign, which, according to the rules of the competition, is reproduced on EUROPA postage stamps by all postal administrations – members of PostEurop, was created by all designers Linda Bos and Runa Egilsdottir based on the Celtic love knot. For every Ukrainian today, the highest value is not only Peace, but also Victory. “Peace, Victory, Ukraine are the values we are fighting for.” said the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. His words became the leitmotif for the Ukrainian postage stamp of this issue by Maria Suslova, whose work look the 2nd place in the drawing competition.
