Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8” Suction Tube along with a ½”” Fuel Return Port. This new and improved version from our previous Suction Tube Kit allows the user to plum their FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeds up the installation process. The Rudy's sump features a one-hole design that only requires drilling a single hole for installation. A machined groove for the o-ring gasket ensures a leak-free seal, and the inner-ring is designed to fit into the bottom of the tank without requiring you to remove it from the truck. We even include a 3" hole saw for drilling your tank!What sets this sump apart from the other sumps in the Rudy's lineup is the built-in return. Installation of most aftermarket fuel systems require you to cut and "tee" into your factory fuel filler neck. In some cases, modifications to the filler neck can cause leaks, and also cause fuel pumps to "click off" when refueling.
