Stamp on the inside is hard to read but I think it says "Porter Beret Company, Fifth Ave., New York."The hat measures 10 1/2" in diameter and is 3" high. Inside circumference is about 20" and can be worn fascinator style.My photos are part of the description and this hat is in excellent condition with no unpleasant smell.I combine shipping!
