There are imperfections that include all pages have turned darker there are spots-stains bottom corner is chipped and missing pieces, upper corner on back cover is missing a section, middle outer edge has a small split-rip goes through pages.Even though book has imperfections it is in good condition for age it would make a great reference piece.
