This French factory was founded after the 2nd World War and has now become one of the most renowned producers of the famous "Petit Breton" quimper design to date. This pattern was designed by Raymond Cordier in 1950. This bowl has been hand decorated with an outer blue band on the smooth rim with an inner yellow line surrounding the charming Little Petit Breton couple in the center. This bowl is personalized with the name "BARBARA" on the front. Marked on the bottom Faiencerie De Pornic France Bretagne #234. This bowl measures 2 1/2" high x 6 1/2" long from handle to handle and is in good pre-owned condition free of any chips or cracks. Colors are still nice and vibrant.
