Not a lot of frills here - just basic time keeping with simple output reports in Excel format. Minimal set-up needed. I had one minor issue with being able to manually add punch detail on some employees, but Jason in Tech Support was of great help - a simple firmware update was needed and now we're all set. If you just need a simple basic attendance system this unit fits the bill. Our employees walk up to the unit, look at it, and the system punches them in or out and says "THANK YOU". We have the unit set up as a stand-alone (not tied to the WIFI network) to alleviate worries of people's facial image being "hacked". Our employee just stands before the clock for a second to punch, no need to touch the clock, very safe and avoid the concern of the virus spread. The time app is easy to use and very intuitive.
