Description: This is possibly my favourite find of the week! Fabulous WW1 Stitched Leather Army Officers (P. Gilson) Campaign Mirror (Somme) This is in great used condition with a great patina and has is original mirror plate. The back is delicately fine point stencilled with “P. GILSON” & “BRAY ON SOMME” and it’s completely hand stitched. The only military person with that name & initial that I could trace, was an officer in the Royal Horse Artillery.
