It’s been used on one trip out to Montana dry fly fishing with a 5 weight, and then showed its versatility on a second trip streamer fishing with a 6 weight sink tip line. I have quite a few reels so no one ever gets much use. The LT version really is a large step above the standard spectrum, and has the look & feel of a much more expensive reel. It has a larger arbor than most other 5/6 weight reels and picks up line incredibly fast. It has a beautiful click on the incoming and outgoing. I strongly dislike the standard Spectrum reel but the LT version is really a fun reel to fish. I typically fish Hatch reels and honestly I was going back and forth on one trip on which I like more.
