Description: This is an Very Nice Original Brass Body (with Gold finish) Victor Orthophonic Victrola Reproducer. I tested it on my Victor Credenza and it SOUNDS WONDERFUL! The Gold finish is Very Nice as well! Some of the paint on the back side is worn away (see the detailed pictures). It wouldn't be very easy to find another one this nice anywhere. Please not that the Victor Orthophonic Reproducers have a larger hole on the back side since the tone arm that they mount to is larger in diameter than the earlier model Victrolas. This would fit almost all of the Orthophonic machines that Victor made, such as the VV8-30, Credenza, VV4-3, VV4-4, Granada, VV4-7, VV4-40, VV8-7, VV8-9, VV8-12, VV8-35, to name a few. It would also fit most of the Victor Orthophonic model "suitcase" portables. I don't often get these brass body Orthophonic Reproducers, so buy it if you want one.
