Description: This is one of my husband's special 'what the heck is this' fabric. He came home with this nice soft velvety polar fleece with a backing. The polar is thin and has no give or stretch. The backing seems to provide an extra layer of warmth. I think this was intended for lining other products. I would be great as an inner layer of a coat or a pet bed.
