In addition to his poetry and fiction (drama and dialogues), his interests included aphorisms on art, history, letters, music, and current events. It also contains the signatures of the two vice-presidents of the Society of Women Bibliophiles. The book is embellished with illustrations by Paul Valéry himself and interpreted in wood engraving by Pierre Bouchet. BOOK CONDITION VERY GOOD. Cover wraps have age tanning. Pages are in excellent condition. This originally came with a cardboard slipcase, but the slipcase is missing.
