Description: Estes Ramjet #1994 Clone kit with laser-cut fins This is a clone kit of the Classic Estes Ramjet model rocket kit. The Estes Ramjet was a futuristic model of a Ramjet-powered Target Drone. The cool part of this design was the open-body that allows air to pass right through the rocket in flight. This kit is a faithful reproduction of the original rocket using laser-cut balsa fins and pre-cut body tubes to allow you to build your own version of this classic design. You will need to download plans for this rocket from the included link which will provide the tube marking guide and shock cord mount. Kit includes 18 balsa internal fins, 3 external fins, 3 body tubes, a balsa nosecone, engine hook, engine hook retaining ring, shock cord, launch lug and self-adhesive decal sheet. You will get the tube marking guide and shock cord mount from the downloaded plans. The completed rocket is 15 1/4" tall and 1.33" in diameter. This rocket is powered by 18mm A through C motors. You will need to provide your own parachute to fly this rocket. This auction is for the rocket kit only. The painted and assembled rocket pictured is built from these parts but not included.
