The ring weighs 7.7 grams and it is size 6.75 that could only be sized a little bit each direction by a good jeweler with a lazer because there are diamonds on the shoulders . The gemstone sits in a raised openwork gallery and the ring tapers to a sturdy band that is marked on the inside " 14K D-O .46 " in this case the maker put the diamond carat weight on the inside of the band which is a example of the craftsmanship and care that went into making this beautiful ring.
