Method of use (per 0.75L of alcohol):Pour 20ml of essence into a 750ml bottle.Add 280g of sugar for a sweet liqueur (or less for a drier flavour profile).Top up the bottle with 40% alcohol (vodka, spirit or distillate) and mix thoroughly.The alcohol is ready to consume after 24 hours, but it is best to wait for the flavour to fully 'meld'.
