It starts with a real pressed black vinyl record then gold electro plated, then polished to a mirror finish. The last step is to laser etch the artist image on the 12" record, this process creates the most stunning product. The ghost image is so perfect like a photograph. Outside dimension is 15″ tall by 15″ wide, weight is 3 pounds comes ready to hang with courtesy wall hook. The wood frame has a black lacquer finish like fine furniture. Matted with an acid free red mat. The mats are stepped to create a shadowbox look allowing room for the vinyl LP to be placed.
