EPNS Art Deco Open Salt Cellar Made in England Blue Cobalt Glass Liner

Description: Marked EP NS Made In England. It is 2 1/4" by 1 1/4". I believe it is a Master Salt Cellar Dip. There is a bit of tarnishing on the silver plate base. The cobalt glass insert has bubbles and imperfections appropriate for its age and manufacturing technique. No chips or cracks. A beautiful little piece that works well as a tea light holder as well.
